I am so happy with the used dryer I purchased along with repairs on my appliances that need it from time to time. I am a widow, my husband was retired law enforcement, and I am disabled, so money is always tight as I am a homeowner. I will be using The Electronics Depot for ALL of my appliance needs from now on. I am very pleased with the customer service, the products, and the employees. I highly recommend this business.

I reached out to Electronics Depot about a refrigerator. Initially, I was shown photos and quoted $395 with delivery and a six-month warranty. However, the “invoice” provided was only a text message no formal receipt, no official documentation. When I asked to pay by credit card, the seller insisted on Cash App only, which is highly suspicious for a business transaction. This had all the red flags of a scam: no legitimate invoices, refusal of card payments, and Cash App only. I want to warn others to stay away.

AVOID. Sells poorly maintained appliances for a living ridiculous price. Purchased three appliances and all stopped working within a week. “Turner” didn’t want to do anything about it. Just spend the extra cash and buy new, every time. Fridges are cool in the shop because they are juiced up with freeon. Washing machines and dryers and ranges are all rigged to work for as long as they are in their building.

They are about to be happy about this review because I know my reviews stick to the top. I purchased a washer and dryer about a month ago for a pretty good deal delivered. About 3 weeks later the dryer stopped working. I was expecting some type of hassle but nothing. He literally told me to pick another dryer for the same cost. I didn't, went out back and they showed me it worked and even showed me how they actually showed me how driers work. Now I did have to bring it back myself but that wasn't a problem as most washer or dryers will fit in you average small SUV as long as the seats go down. I wish more businesses back there service like they did.

Very nice people. But the products do not last. I bought a washer in April 2023, had issues with it right after the warranty expired. Taylor took care of me and came and picked up the washer and fixed it. A few months later the suspension rods in the washer go out and had to be replaced, fast forward 5 more months to march 2024 and now the capacitor is out. The part cost the same as the machine! Good customer service but products are iffy
