As I understand it’s 94 degrees outside. And they did call me to say a tech was on the way, my son was home asleep and didnt hear the door I verified with the office I was on my way less than 2 minutes away. The technician was very rude didn’t answer any of my questions and when I asked him what was wrong he proceeded to say “I hate when people play games and that’s the problem I don’t play games” I proceeded to apologize for the brief wait. I wouldn’t recommend them hiring employees that don’t smile and greet their customers If you didn’t want to wait all you had to do was go to the next person sir, I pray people stop playing game with you!

I had Universal Plumbing Replace Two Tankless Water Heaters in my Attic. The first Replacement, everything went well. The Second Replacement, there was a Leak, and the water leaked down the ceiling to my wooden Floors. The leak left an Ugly stain on my ceiling. I ask the plumber to take a picture of the stain and show it when he got back to the office. I never heard back from them until I called a week later and reported it to the girl who answered. She said that the company was not responsible for the damage to the ceiling and would not pay someone to paint it. This was my first time using Universal Plumbing and will be my last. Think real hard before using this company.

I ordered a washer and dryer set from Lowe’s and the washer was delivered 2 weeks ago, but since I got a gas dryer, I had to wait until Universal Plumbing could fit me in! They sent one person in a van to unload and install!!! Common sense would have known to have 2 people since the van didn’t have a ramp and the very nice guy, Michael, had to call for help! Because of having to have 2 people, they charged me an additional $75!!! It wasn’t my fault that common sense wasn’t present on their part!!! I will never use, or recommend Universal Plumbing for anything and Lowe’s needs to contract with a better company that isn’t all about money!!! I am so upset that I will never shop there again, unless they start caring about their customers!!! I already paid a lot for the set, but delivery malfunctions was THEIR responsibility…not mine!!! 0 stars!!!!!

If I could give zero stars, I would! This company is absolutely TERRIBLE. We had a plumber come in for a couple home warranty claims and made things worse. He broke a valve under our kitchen sink, and while he left to go get a new one, he just let water pour out onto our kitchen floor. Once he got that fixed, we were charged for the valve and our water does not stop running once we turn it off. He was also told to unclogged the bathroom sink. He didn’t have anything long enough to do it, so we were schedule to get the pipe crew here this week. In the mean time, our sink sat filled with mud and copper unable to use. The pipe crew came today. We informed this of the issues with the water in the kitchen sink and he did not fix it. He ran a line in the bathroom sink and was still unable to fix it. He left my bathroom with literal sewage all over everything! I am having to throw stuff away! I called the company and she informed me “he cleaned what he could with what he had”. LIE!! I have cleaning product in plain sight all over my bathroom. The sewage covered the walls, everything in my drawers, and my bathtub. I will be filing a suit.

Should have really read these reviews before I had these people entered my property. Charged us multiple times for the same repair that they simply could not fix properly, and tried to explain away that they were separate issues when the plumbing issue get reoccurring in the exact same place. Make that, make sense!? If you like pissing your money away, just keep them on speed dial. Otherwise, just call a honest and reputable plumber who can actually fix plumbing issues, and stay away from these people. Horrible job.
