Great staff, decent products at decent prices

My washing machine broke and I called Pat to fix it . He then come out and replaced it to another old one. After two weeks the washing stopped working and called him again to see, he came and said « I can’t fix it but I will replace to another machine ». He is now not picking up calls and texts messages. This is a bad customer service and I will never recommend it to anyone else
