While I was there I witnessed 8 people come in for service with machines that lasted them 15-20 years and where operating like new. I’m so over cheap disposable vacuums. This is the store that will help you “buy for life”. I’ll go nowhere else.

Great experience! So glad to have experts with great customer service available to take care of our 14+ year old Miele upright. They spruced it up beautifully after years of hard work, replacing some parts and cleaning it. We'll be going back whenever we need to and it's worth the 40 minute drive to get there.
