It's too bad that I have to resort to a bad review, but maybe if enough of us write about the poor post service support, the company will get the message and make changes. We recently did a master bath remodel with nearly every plumbing item coming from Ferguson (total spend with them >$12K). Everything was fine until the installation of one of the vanity faucets, which had a defective part. After several calls into the Ferguson sales person, who said she would get a replacement sent to us from Kohler and never did, I finally ordered it myself direct from Kohler. Cost me $8 and had it within a few days. Was it really worth losing a future customer over $8?

After using this place for 10 years + I finally decided to stop giving them my business over a year ago. The place went downhill and was falling apart quickly. Not even going to waste my time typing out all the issues I had, but it was unprofessional and unacceptable. I steer all of my customers clear of this place. Don’t waste your time with Ferguson. Go to FW Webb or Granite Group or Winn Supply where they will treat you right and in a professional and friendly manner. The only reason I’m writing this review is because I’ve asked them to close my account and stop contacting me yet, they still constantly send me emails to leave them a review so you want it here you go you got it.

Service slow....very slow. Bring a coffee and a newspaper to pass the time. Only 2 guys work the counter...and the Receptionist who answers the phone does a great job....when shes there....but 60% of the time shes not and goes to voice mail. Good luck getting a call back if you actually leave a message. Inside sales do a great job but they are being flooded and overwhelmed.... I've actually seen inside sales at the counter to make up for only 2 guys working the counter which has created delays in their responses back to you. Went down hill when this company was bought by Ferguson..... Prior to them being Ferguson's... this company WAS the crown jewel of supply houses in the Portland area... You are in-and-out In less than 10 minutes... now its way more wait time unless you go to inside sales.... and get lucky that they are not on the phone....
