I have autism with sensory processing issues and The music was so loud I had ear phones on that didn’t seem to help because when they turned it louder. I asked if the volume could be lowered just alittle bit so I could get what I needed and leave. They didn’t care and said no. I’ll never go to Portland restore again. They showed no acceptance of people with disabilities

This place is absolutely amazing. Sometimes they're going to have exactly what you want and you're going to be so happy with the savings. Other times they're not going to have what you want, other times they're not going to have what you want, easily a trip worth taking every month. And no matter what, you're always going to get great customer service.

The pricing here is totally wackadoodle and delusional, the greed so off putting. IKEA tables for quadruple their original retail. Bad student art for $20. Crummy old furniture marked up to $800 because they don’t seem to understand that even the antiques market has different tiers of pricing depending on quality, condition, and rarity. And someone on staff is a dang menace with a paintbrush, because every so often you’ll find something with good bones that’s priced well, but it’s almost certainly received a drippy, amateurish paint job in some pastel shade of chalk paint. I go every couple weeks and I don’t know why I keep holding out hope that I’ll find something great for a deal, this just isn’t the place for that anymore.
