I purchased a washer/dryer combo from Applianceland in January 2026 for our newly remodeled laundry room. When the delivery team showed up I told them they needed to separate the units to fit into the space safely. They ignored me and moved it as one piece and damaged both our walls and brand new floor with 50+ inch scratch from dragging the unit sideways to fit thru the door. It’s been five months since delivery and I have had to follow up five times. Applianceland destroyed my brand new laundry room before we even got to use it. Now they are claiming that I am lying and the damage to the brand new floor was preexisting despite a manager coming out months ago and confirming the damage was from delivery. I don’t trust this company. I will update this review if Applianceland takes action to correct the damage.

I rent, and needed a replacement for my aging washer and dryer. My landlord arranged for ApplianceLand to deliver a new washer and dryer. Getting in and out of my place is not easy because of a slope and some steps, and the delivery men were so professional, efficient, and kind. Beautifully installed! 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Darryl and Cypress delivered and installed our dishwasher today. They did an excellent job. They were both extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Darryl pointed out a mistake made by the previous installer and corrected the situation. They left us with the full knowledge of our new appliance and Tested the unit for operation and leaks. The installation site was left clean and operational. We were very, very pleased with their delivery, hauling away the old unit and installation of the new unit.

I wanted to first say the 2 young ladies on Sunday March 8th were the most professional and helpful and made it so easy to buy our new Speed Queen washing Machine. Thank you so much Ladies, you are the best!!!! 2 days later at approximately 7:45am Darryl and Cypress show up with our new washing machine and Darryl goes over everything I need to know after they install it. I was in the service business for 40 years and these two gentleman are exactly what professional and customer service is all about. Thanks so much Darryl and Cypress for a great experience, you guys are the best!!!!!!😎😎

The gentleman who called me to schedule my delivery after I made the purchase online was professional and efficient. They called me exactly at 7am the day they said they would. The delivery team: Professional & Personable: Friendly guys that clearly know what they are doing when they enter customers houses Fast & Efficient: They arrived promptly when they said they would the new one installed and running in no time. Respectful: They were incredibly careful with my home and left everything clean. It was a stress-free experience from start to finish. I'm a ApplianceLand customer for life as a result of this experience. Thank you!
