I was really pleased with my new washer and dryer set. The price was the best part including installation and hauling the old one away compared to all the extra fees added on at some other retailers. Will be back to purchase other appliances soon. Great experience sales person was very professional and followed up with me to make sure everything was okay.

I do not recommend this place. I have bought a refrigerator and a gas stove here without problems. The place seems to be under new management/ownership. I bought a washer and dryer set two weeks ago and the dryer has already died. They sent out a technician to diagnose the problem. They told me they would replace the faulty part and that's been it. And they do not seem concerned at all about getting a replacement part. I've followed up with them twice about it. All they've said is that their parts source won't answer the phone. I tried to get a return and they are putting up a fight about it. I understand they have policies, I also have a policy of not getting taken advantage of and buying expensive appliances that don't work. This issue has not been resolved. Stay away from this place, you will be taken advantage of.

I must say I have never been more pleased in my life. I normally work with a company in Virginia, but they stated they do not deliver to Baltimore. So after Googling and searching for another vendor. I came across this company. I was greeting d with the most pleasant voice Rosenell. She assisted with my request. Sight unseen just pictures. I took a leap of faith and made the purchase and scheduled the install and delivery. My tenant was more than please. They were quick and respectful. Ensured that everything was working before their departure. I will be using them again for sure. Thank you so much for everything. TOP NOTCH A++++++
