Angel and Jaisa were wonderful to work with. They helped us find what we were looking for, and made sure to follow up quickly with any questions or concerns throughout the purchase and installation process. We bought two new (scratch and dent) appliances from them and we are very happy with the quality, the customer service, and also the price! Glad we could save some money and also support a local business rather than a box store.

Second time buying from them . We have had no problems with the dryer we bought a year ago. We just bought a awesome washer from there. Owners where very nice and helped alot . Thanks for putting up with us ..lol !!! Would definitely recommend..I think there closed in a certain day during the week. So make sure you check the times ..

Saturday January 9th I had a dryer delivered that my landlord purchased from here. When delivered it was loud as anything like I mean something seriously wrong which I have videos of. I was told someone will have to come make repairs and they will come Monday January 11th. I call around 3 PM for them to tell me sorry they forgot someone will come tomorrow. The next day January 12th they come and make some type of repair but at this point it is still loud when It starts up. Wednesday January 13th I go to do laundry and it sounds like a Mack truck crashing over & over again . I immediately try calling send text Ext to MD Appliance with no response. From Wednesday January 13th-Saturday January 16th I called 26 times to be exact with no answer nor return call. Finally Saturday January 16th I show up to the location to see why they aren’t answering. I am promised another dryer will be delivered Monday January 18th. Well guess what ? No one showed up... I call of course no answer. Tuesday January 19th I finally get ahold of them to be told “they forgot” and they will be there tomorrow January 20th between 2-6. Then I get a text from the receptionist at 1:06 asking if I’m home by chance I reply no but I will be at 2. I then texted them around 3:20 to ask if they are still coming and I get a text back saying the following. ****The guys came in earlier than expected, they said they couldn’t wait until 2. I’m sorry, they said tomorrow, so what I can do is to give you a call when I know what time they will be here. The communication is horrible here they sell broken appliances and NEVER answer the phone. No dryer for two weeks now thanks to MD Appliance/ Glen Burnie Used appliances

Our refrigerator broke over night and was leaking Freon throughout our house. Our house smelled awful and my three pups and two cats were being exposed to it. On top of that we had just gone grocery shopping and everything was getting ready to go bad. We found this place and explained our situation and they did everything they could do to help. I got what I thought to be a fantastic deal in a LG French door refrigerator. We hadn’t picked out our fridge in time for the delivery crew to take it to our house and bring back the old one, so the representative offered to have her husband take the new one to our house that night, since we don’t own a truck. We respectfully declined this kind gesture because she had already done so much for us and she advised us of a u-haul around the corner. The truck we got was too small, so we had to come back again with a different truck. She let us use her personal strap and dolly overnight so we could get it home and in the door safely. I had a great experience here. We will be back if we ever happen to need another appliance.

I want to say that this place was super helpful! I also wanted to say they carry very good brands in there. Wow. We just picked out a Samsung washer and dryer! And left with it the Same day! Great prices to. Can’t beat it. Wash comes with a 6 month warranty and the dryer is 100 days of warranty,Which is good. I want to thank them so much!!!
