Most horrid customer service. Dealing with Jose has been an absolute nightmare. I was promised calls over and over again, talk talk talk and no action. Got a stove that was not working properly and over 7 months now trying to resolve it to no avail. Save yourselves the headache and the agony and spend an extra $100 but avoid this place at all cost.

They were very helpful and had a wide variety of options to choose from, I ran into some issues with a used fridge purchased from them but they were very responsive and helpful when it came to repairs / exchanges. I had no issues working out a new deal with them after experiencing some issues with my fridge during the warranty period.

We bought a refrigerator from this location and was told we had a 1 year warranty on it. The fridge stopped making ice 5 months in and did not keep frozen foods frozen, the fridge now has other issues. The water unit doesn't work and it's an internal leak. When I called to speak to them about it they ignored the first few calls. Then after finally speaking to them, they told me to call the tech. When I call the tech several times with no answer, he finally picked up and told me he was with other people and to send a picture and he'd get back to me. He never did. I even sent a follow up message. Do NOT buy from here or trust them
