John at Evolve Appliance diagnosed and fixed our Miele freezer when Miele couldn't do it. Every time I open the freezer now and grab for some ice, I am grateful to John for getting this repair done correctly the first time. Miele service was unresponsive and useless. Mr. Appliance misdiagnosed the problem as "closed system" issue which only Miele could fix. John was recommended by Appliance Distributors in Annapolis as a Go-To repairman. Boy, were they right! Hit the jackpot! John came within a day, correctly diagnosed the problem, and got on ordering the parts. Once the parts were available, he came back, installed the new fan, and bingo, we were back up and running. A good local repairman is worth is weight in GOLD! Highly recommend!

John was great! He came out and quickly diagnosed our refridgerator’s ice maker issue within minutes and came up with a solution to fix it. John was very friendly, and most of all, extremely affordable and knowledgable! This is the first time I have had to use appliance repair services so I wasn’t sure what to expect but I was highly satisfied thar I chose Evolve! I would highly recommend Evolve to all of my friends and family.

John was went above and beyond to fix our stove burner that seemed to have been defective when new. It took him a couple of extra trips by our house to correct the issue that was NOT his fault. We appreciated his communication and support for this minor issue. We will definitely use his business again!
