The Inspired Bath

We had a wonderful experience working with the Inspired Bath in North Dartmouth.Peter Bzdula worked with us to pull together all the plumbing details for our new kitchen and master bath. He was fabulous and knew his stuff thoroughly. The entire team was helpful and diligent and willing to step in when Peter was not available. My husband and I were contractors in NY and hands down, this group stands out as thorough, helpful, knowledgeable and just plain nice!

I work in the construction industry but needed help with my own bathroom renovation. I was lucky to meet Mr Nelson Linhares and recommend him to anybody building a bathroom or kitchen. Mr Linhares is incredibly knowledgeable about the trades, products and manufacturers. He knows why one product is better than another and can explain everything in a way that even a layperson can clearly understand. More importantly, he appears to be a kind person who is patient with dumb questions and indecision on the part of clients (e.g. me) who don't come in knowing what they need or want. Five stars, and thank you for your help.

The one star review is based on store being closed when it said they would be open. I didn't get to purchase any products or speak to anyone, so I can't review based on that. Contractor recommended them to us. However, the website read, "We are not open Mondays, but we will be open President's Day." So we drove 30 minutes to the showroom in Dartmouth. Guess what? They'd posted a sign on the door that read, "We will be closed President's Day." We are planning on doing a whole bathroom remodel, but won't go back. I guess they changed their minds but they shouldn't have had it posted they would be open. We saw other people trying to get in also, so it wasn't just us, and we both read it on the website Saturday night, at different times, now it has been taken off the website. Just not a good way to do business. Miscommunication or mistake on website?
