To be honest - my first repair experience was not positive, but then Ben came along and he is great. Customer focused, passionate about what he does, explains things well - and fixed my washing machine problems. I had a very positive experience as well when I went to Manny’s nearly 5 years ago to buy my washer and dryer.

I had a great experience working with Ned while purchasing a washer and dryer. From the beginning, he took the time to understand what was most important to me and helped narrow down the options based on my needs rather than simply trying to make a sale. Ned was extremely knowledgeable about the different machines and clearly explained the features, benefits, and tradeoffs of each option. He provided multiple quotes and spent a significant amount of time helping me compare models and make an informed decision. What stood out most was that I never felt pressured. Ned was patient, professional, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right appliances for my home. His expertise and customer service made the entire process easy and enjoyable. I highly recommend working with Ned, and I will definitely be returning to him for future appliance purchases.

I wanted to write about my experience with Dane at the Shrewsbury store. Dane was fantastic and I highly recommend his store as I was treated so well. I did have an issue upon delivery however Ben who is out of the Framingham store and a repair man was 100% the best and fixed my issue and more. I would say sometimes you learn more about a company when you have an issue and Dane of the Shrewsbury store and Ben of Framingham both shined. Shop in Shrewsbury on Rt 9 as your store of choice in my opinion however.

We needed a refrigerator as ours was dying. We had bought our washer/dryer at Mannys and were very pleased. We remembered how nice Kelly was and was glad to see her today. We wanted a plain frig , no whistles or bells ,and gave her the measurements. She showed us 5 different models in our space requirements, answered alll our questions , and gave us time alone to check them out .She is a no pressure ,very pleasant ,cheerful person to work with .,Will go back for any other appliances we made need in the future. (Hopefully not too soon)
