Utmost professionalism from start to finish, sales through delivery.. Great communication, and delivery day was super smooth. The delivery guys were so cordial, they expertly installed the laundry machines, protected my walls and floors, and ensured all was to my satisfaction before departing. Highly recommend, I’m a happy customer!

OMG, where to begin. I am not an employee of Yale, a paid endorser, or anything else that would compromise my objectivity. We needed to replace a failed dishwasher. We called KAM, who is right around the corner from us, and were told that the wood panel on our existing dishwasher could not be fit onto a new dishwasher, so we'd have to have a cabinet maker make a new front (which wouldn't match, and which we didn't have time for). or we'd need to forget about the matching wood panel and get a stainless front, which, frankly, would look terrible in the particular location. Before I pulled the trigger on the stainless unit, I decided to try one more resource - Yale. I did this mostly because I doubted the veracity of the claim made by the KAM salesperson, and because that salesperson was rather short and a bit rude. I called Yale. They said the panel could of course be fit to the new dishwasher, even a different brand, so we bought a Bosch 300 series and scheduled delivery and installation. They arrived to the minute they were scheduled, and did the installation (and removal) like pros. In and out in 1/2 hour, and they left without a trace. I will add that the techs were really pleasant, professional, and very proficient. I'm not easily impressed, but I was impressed by these guys. And Yale. A really great experience in every respect.

We just had the most amazing experience with service and installation from Yale Appliance. The very best we have ever had. Josh was incredible- extremely knowledgeable , skilled, patient, and friendly. He addressed every concern we brought to his attention and answered every question. We never felt rushed. When the installers came to finally properly install our cooktop and diwndradt, they too were highly professional and knew what to do. They did not leave until we were satisfied. If we ever need new appliances again in the future, we will only buy from Yale.

Highly recommended! We have had an outstanding experience with Carly Hall, our sales representative and then with Dorian and his team for delivery. Carly patiently, respectfully and knowledgeably answered all our many questions regarding refrigerators, our intended purchase, as well as induction cookers, about which we were curious, and other appliances we are thinking about for the future. She even cooked some items using the induction stove top to show us how it worked! We just received the delivery for our refrigerator and will definitely be going back to Carly for further purchases. DELIVERY and INSTALLATION -- Thanks to Dorian and his team, we had an excellent experience with the delivery and installation of our new refrigerator and the removal of our old one. The service was done very cleanly, efficiency, knowledge with great respect. He and his team member Valentin spent a good deal of time making sure that the new refrigerator was perfectly balanced with no movement. We have hard wood floors and everything was done so that the floors were not touched at all. Dorian and Valentin are very strong! We also appreciated the live updated delivery tracker letting us know when Dorian and his team would arrive. Dorian and his team are a credit to Yale.
