We had an excellent experience with Jarvis Appliances from start to finish. Everyone we worked with was professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. When our dryer unexpectedly stopped working, they helped us quickly find a replacement and took the time to recommend the product that would best fit our family’s needs. That guidance took so much of the stress out of the situation for me and made the entire process feel easy and seamless. Overall, the level of customer service truly stood out, and we were genuinely impressed with the experience. I would absolutely recommend Jarvis Appliances to anyone looking for a smooth and reliable experience.

We purchased a dishwasher from Jarvis several years ago and were having some issues. Luckily the dishwasher was under warranty (we typically don’t buy extended warranties and were happy we did). It was so easy dealing with Jarvis - they submitted the information to Electrolux, received the part and scheduled the service all in a week. Very knowledgeable technician replaced the part and arrived on time. Great service!

Went to Jarvis on Thursday around 4:30 PM to purchase a washing machine. The salesperson explained the differences between Electrolux and LG, and I ultimately decided on an Electrolux model. When I asked about delivery, I was told the earliest available date was Tuesday because they do not deliver on weekends. Since I urgently needed a replacement washer, I asked whether Friday delivery was possible. The salesperson simply responded that the stock comes from a warehouse, and then said, “Maybe we are not the right place for you.” I agreed and left disappointed. As a Wellesley resident, I try to support local businesses whenever possible, but I was surprised by the dismissive tone and lack of effort. I honestly was ready to purchase. Oh well. Went to another appliance store (starts with “Y”) and bought a washing machine with Saturday delivery.

We called Jarvis Appliances to purchase a new dryer. The one we had came from Jarvis 12 years ago and was great!! They insisted that we talk to a service technician to see if we could fix the old one and they were correct!!! The service technician overnighted us a 60.00 dryer “tune up” kit with a belt and pulleys and told me to call the store when it arrived. The service technician returned my call after normal business hours and walked me through the repair, which was amazing. Every appliance in our home has come from Jarvis, and this is why!!

Steve Grande (and his assistant, Steve) Did an amazing job installing our downdraft vent, cooktop, oven, and microwave. It is clear they have done this as a team many times. They worked seamlessly together, knowing whatever every piece on every appliance was for, and where everything needed to go. They also worked beautifully with our electricians who were here at the same time. I couldn’t be happier with the quality of their work.
