Kirk is the man! He was incredibly patient, helpful, and took the time to really understand the situation. He ended up referring me to an honest maintenance technician by the name of Frankie, and I truly appreciate that. Frankie’s Appliance Repair came through! We actually had a good laugh because I was apparently closer to fixing it myself than I thought. I do believe having to pay the service charge was completely fair. Frankie came out the same day, and since I already had the part needed for the dryer, he didn’t charge me an install fee. He connected everything, put my dryer back together, and had it working within about 30 minutes. Was I a little disappointed in myself for getting frustrated? Absolutely 😂 But Frankie laughing with me (in a proud, encouraging way) actually made me feel a lot better about it. Thank you again, Kirk, for the referral. I truly appreciate your help and would highly recommend both of you!

I called about a specific coupler for an ice maker water line. The person on the phone was very helpful and said that they might have one arriving soon on a delivery truck, but wasn't sure. I shared I was having trouble finding the part at Lowe's/Home Depot, so the guy looked up the part number and texted me a link. Great customer service!

Kirk was so incredibly helpful, professional and informative. I called the shop not knowing what to expect for refrigerator parts. I was originally quoted $360 plus shipping for the parts I needed from the original manufacturer. Kirk helped me with part numbers and saved our family $250. I can’t thank him enough. He even considered the prices of the parts to a new refrigerator, which if we were in the area I would have considered the option. I have little knowledge regarding appliances and to have Kirk help a random caller like me just left me touched and beyond words. I thank Kirk for his help and expertise.
