Allen St Jean Appliance

We always call Allen's for appliance repair and/or new appliance purchases. They usually schedule a visit within a day or so, and the technicians are super nice, friendly, and knowledgeable. They give an estimated time window for arrival and call when they are on their way. They have also called us on Sunday evenings to let us know what time they will be over the next day for our repair. And when they couldn't fix our 30 year old Maytag dryer, they gave us options in various budgets to purchase a new one. I would highly recommend calling.

Allen & Mike came to our home the next day to fix our LG Refrigerator/Freezer. They were very professional and had the compressor needed to fix our Frig. They took extra time when my wife was asking about a washer issue, and pointed out what they thought was the problem. I call Allen's Appliance Repair with all my appliance needs. He responds quickly and is able to diagnose and fix any appliance issue we have had (and there have been lots). He gives recommendations for future purchases and even gives tips for maintenance to improve the longevity of the appliance. His price is absolutely fair when compared to others I have used. No doubt I will continue to use his services in the future and will refer him to family and friends.
