Excellent communication and service. Tech “Sam” was able, after a few phone calls, to find the part necessary for our oven. It will be back in service in two days rather than 2-3 weeks if the part had to be ordered from afar. We are very impressed with Action Appliance Service!

Had the most uneducated service tech come out and promise me the $212 diagnostic chart would apply to a new fridge. I ordered a new fridge and they said that’s not true in the phone so he lied. I ordered a $2200 fridge and it came with 3 huge dents in the side and front.

Freezer repair. Technician Tony arrived within the window period, and I was happy to see him arrive about 90 minutes before the end time. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. He took his time explaining everything, was very thorough and ordered needed part. The price of the part with installation was very fair. The diagnostic fee was deducted from the repair /part total. Also, the warranty was great: 5 year on the part and 90 days on the labor. However, if anything was to go wrong with ANYTHING within the entire fridge, repairs would be covered under the 90 day warranty. One would only need to pay for parts. This company is family owned, and I believe it makes a big difference in providing excellent customer service. Part is being delivered directly to my home, and contact information was provided to schedule installation, within a few days of receiving part. My wife and I are both very pleased, and would highly recommend this company.
