Shockingly bad experience. Too much back and forth with quoting, no professional input or suggestions. It’s insane how they nickel-and-dime you after the purchase. The delivery guys left everything packaged, saying they would come back once the floors were sanded so the appliances would be protected, and that we were not allowed to unwrap them ourselves or the warranty would be void. Okay, no problem. Then I call to schedule that return visit, and suddenly there are extra fees associated with it? That’s something you need to tell customers up front. None of the hoses were included. Why wouldn’t you tell someone that ahead of time and add them to the purchase? Same thing with the dryer vent hose. Shop elsewhere. Even the orange and blue stores provide a better customer experience. One star! Would not recommend.

Needed to purchase a part for our freezer, which was an icemaker. We had bought one on Amazon that didn’t work when installed. We called Cluetts, and they quoted a price that was a little more than the Amazon price. When the part came in and we went to pick it up, they said the manager had been able to get a better price for the part and they refunded us about $80. The part worked beautifully when installed. Hard to find honesty like that these days. We’re very appreciative. Thank you Cluetts!

I am highly satisfied with my new KitchenAid appliance. The pre-sale service provided by Eric was exceptional; he offered valuable guidance regarding the proper installation of the flooring, which was necessary due to a leak. Additionally, Crystal was instrumental in accommodating changes and ensuring the product's timely delivery in alignment with the flooring completion. Definite win win.

Cluett's is our go to appliance center. We purchased a refrigerator in January and love it. From Julie at their showroom taking care of the details and offering options, to Dave the repairman, the amazing Andrew and Justin, who did an amazing job delivering, setting up and explaining our new fridge to us, it was a terrific experience all around. Love dealing with quality employees of a great company. Cluett's is our go to appliance center in the future. Thank you for being there for us!
