Prices are EXTREMELY competitive and fair beyond a shadow of a doubt. What I loved is that they had the nice higher end brands that you really can't find anywhere and their selection was second to none. In terms of knowledge, these guys will answer any questions you had AND then explain even more on top! True masters of their trade who value transparency and trust. 10/10 Top tier service and expertise.

Overall satisfied with the appliances I received, however very disappointed with my customer service experience. I had found a package of appliances online that I inquired about purchasing, and my salesperson was very bothered trying to find the models online as they weren’t physically in store. After making my purchase, I had been told to call 1 week prior to my desired delivery time and upon doing so, was spoken to very condescendingly and was told that “I was funny to think it would get delivered in a week” because “we’re so busy”. Understandably so, delivery was scheduled and I had been told the day prior that I’d get a call 15-30 mins before the delivery drivers arrived. I was given a 4 hour window for them to arrive. There was absolutely no heads up given, however, and I thankfully was able to get over to my home to let them in before they could’ve left. I am disappointed as my mother had a wonderful experience just a few months ago here and I’d rather give my business to a local store, however I would never recommend anyone purchase their appliances here after the continued rude, condescending interactions I had. I felt as if I was bothering employees for answering questions and doing exactly what their jobs are for.

We went to Contractors Home Appliance to shop for kitchen appliances and we are so glad we did! Carol is amazing, she guided us with her vast knowledge and experience and helped us choose beautiful, high quality appliances. The prices are very competitive and they carry a wide range of brands for every budget. Do not hesitate to give this store a try.......you won't be sorry! Thank you, Carol for all your assistance!
