Had a great experience from beginning of purchase of our refrigerator to the delivery. We were greeted warmly by Earle and shown the absolute perfect refrigerator for us. The transaction went smoothly and we left with a promise of a phone call to let us know when it would be delivered. Seeing it was 4th of July week we understood he might have to fit us in. We had stated that since our refrigerator was still working it was not an immediate need. He would have fit us in. On Tues morning he called and said it would be delivered Friday afternoon. We received a phone call Friday and the 2 men were on their way over. I was hoping it would be an easy install but unfortunately they had to change the plans and work their way through our front door through our living room and into our kitchen that way. They were incredibly careful especially when they had to move a curio cabinet. They were very polite and courteous . I would recommend Quimbys. I have previously bought a Speed Queen washer from them.

We also wanted to buy from a local business rather than a big box store. We purchased a gas range last week and they delivered today less than a week after purchase. The delivery couldn’t have been any better. They also installed the stove which seems to be a issue these days. We will definitely return for all appliances.
