Honestly if I can give ZERO stars I would. I’m glad I at least got my money back after months of dealing with a messed up washer and getting the run around for months. So back in September I purchased a used Samsung washer from this place for 355$ and it was a nice washer seemed pretty good. From the first load once it came to the spin cycle it kept saying UB I googled it and it said unbalanced I tried to move the clothes around thinking that would help but nope same thing eventually the load will finish after hours of refilling water and trying to balance out the clothes or whatever. I contacted Rey multiple times and got 1001 excuses every time. I’m an understanding person so I was just like okay no problem I just need my washer fixed I live on the 3rd floor and shouldn’t have to go to the laundry mat when I have my own washer and dryer unit in my home. So I kept calling finally after weeks of calling he comes over to see what is the problem , comes back a few days later acting like he’s fixing it only to make it worse. At this point I couldn’t even wash one item. So I called forr another 3-4 weeks and got no answer or any calls returned. I had to go in to the place for him to actually do something and he said he was going to have his guys bring me a different washer. They come later that day after calling me saying they will be on their way in 10 minutes. About 2 hours go by and they finally show and bring me a much smaller whirlpool washer. It took forever for his workers and I to even get it started. I ended up trying to do a load later that evening and it was shaking and making all types of noises then when the spin cycle came on , it was sooooooo loud I had to jump on top of it to unplug it because none of the buttons were working to turn it off. I sent the videos and said I wanted a refund. Took them a few days to come pick up the washer and I went and brought the card I used to purchase the washer so he can give me my refund, he then tells me that he recommends I remove the plastic drain pan that’s on the floor before putting a new washer there because that’s what the problem is. So I just purchased the same washer brand new but in black. Decided to just get the whole set. But brand new it was 600$ and let me just say it was totally worth the extra $245 cause I’m on my 4th load with no interruptions and my drain pan is still there. This place is a joke!!! Spend the extra money for something new that’ll last. He buys broken appliances tries to fix them and sells them and they are all messed up!! And on top of it all his little credit card machine isn’t even secure, after receiving my refund on that day, there was multiple transactions from all types of different things. My card got hacked so I had to cancel my card and dispute all these transactions.. smhhh … such a headache, I been dealing with this since September! But I’m glad I got a new washer and it works great !!! SPEND THE COUPLE EXTRA HUNDRED!!!! SAVE YOU THE HEADACHEEEEEE! the new workers he got tho, they were cool. Shout out to them 🤣

Bought a washer and dryer for $750.00. The dryer worked, washer didn't AT ALL. not even 1 load was ran. Called ray and he gave me every excuse in the book (when he did answer the phone).Took him over a month of me and my fiance calling nonstop and being blown off several times for him to send 2 guys to switch the washer out for one that wasn't a maytag match (and a much much older one that isn't worth what I paid, nor a touch screen computer nor a XXL size). He said "take this for now while I fix the matching washer and I bring back for you" I said "ya sure, I just need a washer bro, i just want what i paid you for". I used that washer for another month. He then brought back a different washer than the original one. That was 4 months ago. Now the washer won't even acknowledge any other button than the power. It won't run, it won't start, it won't even run a rinsing load. The computer is completely broken. So now I'm watching YouTube videos and trying to contact maytag to fix it. This place is a rip off and the owner is a clown. I mean I literally paid nearly 800 for used dryer and washer that I was ASSURED worked great. After I explained how weary I was going through them from the start. Not to mention the weirdos that came into my home. Not professional at all. So now a total of 750 bucks later and 6 months after buying the machines and having people in and out of my home switching the machines multiple time and each time telling me how great if a machine I have. And now I'm out of money and can't even run a load. I could try and call him although 1 nu.ber he has isn't even connected and his main phone goes to voicemail and he'll maybe call me back in a few weeks to tell me how he'll come (never does). To then fix and/or switch the machines for yet again another broken one. This place is a joke trust me.

I found them through FB marketplace, which can be nerve-wracking, but right from our initial interactions they put my mind at ease. I needed a washer/dryer set to stack and fit in my laundry closet, so it didn't really matter what they looked like, as long as they worked well and was very inexpensive. They were able to put together a set that was not matching colors, but worked well and fit together and the price was significantly less expensive than anything else I'd found. Because I didn't know anything about them. It was a little scary to just give them my credit card over the phone, but I was sent pictures, contact info and just about anything else I asked for to put my mind at ease. They had next day availability to not only drop off and install them, but also take my old unit with them! Although they arrived a little later than discussed, they were easy to reach and keep in touch with through the process. The men he sent to do the install were very kind and efficient and got everything done in a timely fashion. They even started the machines up to show me how to use them and show they were installed correctly and working. These days, you can't be too careful, scams are everywhere, but Rey's used appliances were wonderful to deal with and really put me at ease. I would highly recommend giving them a try!

Good deal so far. I bought a set last week. Called and the number was incorrect around the number on sale receipt. No warranty is written out but it is given. If something happens they will fix it and or replace it with something comparable in stock. May make some people uneasy. As will all things used - it is a gamble. As of right now everything is working and is good. They did install it and they dropped it off the day they would because I gave them a gentle reminder. I was told that they were backed up hence the reason it was not done earlier in the day. It though worked out. They sell a lot things daily so they are doing something right. If though you have a bad experience exercise your rights after talking to them. Nice people though.
