Let me tell you about this place. I walked in with a Miele vacuum, and I was looking to get it off my hands, had it for a year and didn’t know how to use it. Dennis was absolutely kind, wonderful, and very informative. He gave me a full disclosure about this vacuum I had, how great it was and how to use it. I was looking for a place to sharpen scissors since Gingher no longer offered the service. I knew A2 Vacume sharpened knives and was delighted to learn they do scissors as well. Last month I took in four pairs of scissors (sewing, knife edge, embroidery ). I am extremely pleased. My scissors are UNBELIEVABLY sharp now. Dennis did an amazing job. Plus the turn around time was only 1-2 days!! No waiting!! I was so pleased with the job Dennis did that I just dropped off several more pairs!! Highly recommend!!

This past weekend I stopped by Arbor Vacuum and spoke with Dennis M about a problem I had with my Miele Electro Premium floorbrush. Figured it was going to end up being a complete replacement and expensive. Was happy to learn it could be quickly repaired and still under warranty.
