10 stars of gratitude to Karah and Marissa for their exceptional help today, spending three hours with me as a walk-in visitor to check off all bathroom fixtures and appliances for three bathrooms. Their sweetness, great personalities and expertise brought great joy to my day and saved me about 2 weeks worth of research! What gems 💎 Absolutely worth visiting this store to get everything accomplished in such a joyful and efficient manner. Thank you for your help!

First no wheelchair or handicap door openers at State Street or Show Room. Second there were about five or six employees at desk. We were never greeted. About six to eight customers wandering around. Asked for help and lady said she noticed a young couple had come in before us si she went to help them. Saw one couple just leave. We finally managed to get help but felt she wasn't happy about it. She did it and answered questions for us. So we walked out with quote. Noticed another couple had come in no one approached them so they left. Quite ridiculous to have so many desks and women sitting there no cking on customer needs. Only one on phone. There was one male in back who offered kitchen help but we were looking for bath. No seating available except in front of desks. Two disabled people needed to sit while spouse shopped. Male in back offered one chair. One woman had a walker no one got up to open door for her. Had a good assortment but we had a quote from Home Depot for same items considerably cheaper plus Home Depot offers a military discount which lowered the cost by about $70 more dollars from our quote. They offer only 5% discount to builders.

Our Partnership with Ferguson has been terrific and working with Kara and Veronica has been great. They are both extremely knowledgeable and organized and all of the customers that we have sent to meet Kara have said they are very impressed with her and have had only the highest compliments with her people skills and follow up. I would recommend them to anyone needing help with fixtures, lights and appliances.

We were introduced to Fergusons by an interior designer and had a good experience picking out appliances and furnishings for our kitchen remodel. The prices seemed reasonable from what I can recall. Fast forward a few years later and our beverage fridge went bad and stopped cooling. Fortunately it was still under warranty and when I reached out to the store, the showroom manager herself Heidi Gillespie reached out to me and worked with me and the manufacturer to get the unit replaced. She was responsive, considerate, and professional - all traits that are harder to come by these days. I appreciate her and her help very much!

I was introduced to Ferguson by an interior designer - who I subsequently let go for quality/cost concerns. When I arrived, the store was beautiful, excellent inventory and the service was great. I was paired with an associate Marissa Garza. At first encounter, she appeared knowledgeable and caring. The project involved a bathroom remodel and I spent >15k on fixtures at this store. Fast forward,,. Everything was incorrect. There were errors in what was ordered. Ultimately stemming from a lack of knowledge or attention to detail - I was sent three extra items (one even the wrong color). I was charged nearly 1K for this issue. To be fair - Marissa did recognize 1 extra item and alerted me. She did not recognize the other due to lack of familiarity with what was purchased. Somehow they also delivered me two different sinks. Not clear how that happened. When I called Marisa, she initially accuse me of only purchasing pedestals and not basins. Getting the basins for free. Of course I had purchased both pieces and she recognized - eventually - I had been delivered the wrong item. After much prodding, I did get one asap. She mentioned she took this off another order / we can unpack the ethics there on another date. The final straw was the identification (on final bathroom install) that yet another part had been ordered incorrectly. Instead of ordering a new part, Marissa berated our plumber and demanded he alter the product to fit. When he was hesitant to do, she continued to insult him and us for how complicated the project was (reminder - all her errrors). This was completely unprofessional. Overall there at several options to choose from for building needs. While the displays and product choices are great, it’s not worth the hassle. There is no attention to detail, assurance of quality and a general lack of professionalism. I’d go elsewhere. If not, at the very least avoid Marisa at all costs.
