I bought a 4-appliance set: microwave, dishwasher, oven, side by side refrigerator. The prices are excellent. The delivery was fast. The delivery terms state that I had 24 hrs to inspect for damage but my builders wanted to keep them packaged as much as possible so they could move them when needed. They were installed 3 weeks later and a dent was discovered in the refrigerator door. I didn't think I could do anything since we were way past 24 hrs but called anyway. I LOVE that a real person answers immediately, no menu options. I LOVE that this company doesn't outsource it's customer service. Wendy contacted the manufacturer, which had a 30 day replacement policy, and set up a service order for me. When the manufacturer had a glitch in their system, Wendy called AGAIN and I was contacted immediately. Problem solved. I would definitely recommend using US Appliance anytime you need anything!

I’m a new customer with US Appliance. I recently made my first purchase and had a slight issue with the delivery. I was provided with a Customer Service number and called in for help. Martha took my call, and I am so glad she did. I immediately knew I had the right person on the phone. Martha was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and understanding. She quickly provided solutions to solve my problem, she got involved personally, and went out of her way to make things happen. I was so impressed, I bought another Appliance within a week, and plan to buy more. I’d like to start a customer service company just so I can hire Martha! Give US Appliance a try, you won’t be sorry and if you do have any issues, their Customer Service Department is outstanding!

I previously dealt with US Appliance in 2008, and was glad to see they are still in business. I recently ordered a Cooktop from them as it was much less expensive than Lowe's or Home Depot. My interactions with sales and customer service has been great. They respond quickly and have answered all the questions I had. I will definitely look to them again for future purchases.

Not a great experience. :/ I ordered an Electrolux washer/dryer unit about six weeks ago and unfortunately the experience has been disappointing. The machine arrived with a dent on the side, and instead of being able to test it first - I was only offered a 10% refund to keep it and take a gamble on it. I really needed a washer and didn’t have another week or 2 to wait it out for another one. At first it seemed to work, but after just a few weeks the dryer started malfunctioning and making loud noises. When a repair technician came, he mentioned that this is a common issue with this product, which was discouraging to hear. Customer service throughout the process hasn’t been very reassuring, and overall the quality feels much lower than expected. Being eight months pregnant, it’s been especially stressful to deal with these problems and to know this can happen often because of the poor quality of the item. In the end, the lower price isn’t worth the hassle and lack of reliability. I personally wouldn’t recommend purchasing from this site and Electrolux item. :((( Now I’m stuck with this not user friendly machine that makes loud noises.

Do not use this company. We ordered a beverage cooler that was delivered severely damaged and because we didn’t open the box within a 24 hour period, they refused to send us a replacement beverage cooler. I HIGHLY encourage you to use a different company (Best Buy) that has customer focused policies, even if the price is slightly higher. You will be glad you did. We will never buy another product from this company. That being said, their customer service manager, Scott, was very professional and understanding and tried his best to provide a solution.
