Ace Appliance has accommodated our needs on multiple occasions. Brian has all your normal appliances, but he also gets in the specialty appliances like chest freezers, smaller width stoves that I couldn’t find anywhere else, delivery and even service repairs. The prices were significantly cheaper than the big box stores and it’s even better knowing I’m supporting a local small business that has been around for a long time.

So insulted and infuriated that I still don't have a well functioning dryer after getting it diagnosed and "serviced"! I hope I'm able to come back and change this review. I just paid a technician almost 200 for 20 mins of work he said was needed. Had to call in the time bracket to request the service, had to go out in the cold and get cash to pay ahead of time ( all that was accepted). All for my dryer to still not be drying my laundry and I asked specifically were the issues mentioned the ONLY issues ( it wasn't heating) ... Hosé saw nothing. Once I let a load time out TWO cycles!! , Clothes still wet, it seems to be weaker while on than the original functioning before the service. I called as soon I finished a cycle and the clothes were damp. I was told to remove the venting hose( gas dryer) and see what happens, or well just have to figure it out Monday. Monday! Shouldn't the tech have noticed that issue?? Wow. I do manual labor for every dollar I make and feel jabbed + scammed when trying to support these local businesses, I'm done.

Brian was very communicative, and explaining everything in regard to my choice of appliances. He even gave me a courtesy of 2 months warranty. I've had the appliances for one month now, and there is nothing wrong with them. The delivery and installation was very good, the staff who delivered were nice and diligent. Also, their prices are the best. I purchased a matching GE fridge and stove. They deserve the five star review, thank you Brian!
