I’m very disappointed in my experience with this business. I bought a washer for 350$ just for it to not work. They came and “repaired” it but I still have the same issues. I’ve been calling and messaging for days trying to get my money back. Very unprofessional and unorganized. No one is answering any calls or messages now. I definitely do not recommend getting ANY appliances from this business.

Bought a stove that was no longer going to fit in the given space. I called hours ahead to cancel and the gentleman who sold it to me said if I cancel I would get my deposit back. And now the number I called that’s provided on the website is saying he won’t refund me. Kept interrupting and then said to come in store to talk about it and then hung up on me. I do not feel safe or comfortable to talk in person after that phone call. Very unprofessional and false promises made. Would not recommend this place at all

I wanted to give them negative stars for the horrible experience I had to go thru. I gave them a washer and refrigerator in lieu of $50 delivery fee and they gave me a washer for 400 which was broken and shaking when turned on. They gave a month warranty and after 3 weeks of constantly calling them they gave me another washer which also had a missing agitator. I would strongly advise everyone to not give them a single dollar business. When I asked him for agitator he said your warranty month is up and I'll call the police. I told him to call the police but he hung up on me. Also to my surprise he put the broken machine which i have him for almost free for sale at $400.
