Very credible very good products I had a later model digital washing machine that I had to get fixed repeatedly I bought a used washing machine from aka for $300 and I have not had a problem in In two years. I was so pleased that I even referred my mother to them and she was just as complete as I was I will definitely return.

What a cool dude! Hooked me up with a commonly used wear/repair part for my washer that you cannot buy anywhere on a Saturday! I was so elated in the store I didn't even take much notice of everything but it did stand out that the shop was very clean and well lit with lots of appliances available. To the shop owner, thank you again brother!

spent $200 cash to have my 2019 LG washer machine repaired. It still has sludge or whatever this grey bits, or matter which I believe to be detergent or something still in the machine. I initially called LG, the manufacturer and that said that it needed a tub, clean or power, scrub, clean power washed. They told me to look for a local appliance store to pretty much take the machine apart to be scrubbed. I talked to the technician owner. He understood and agreed to me. It probably needs that but if you needed any other parts, obviously it would cost more than agreed $200 price. I picked up the machine yesterday, Wednesday, February 25, 2026. The inside of the washing machine appeared to be clean but once I brought it home and I initially did a tub clean when I came back home I saw the remnants again so it was the same problem. I took my appliance, trusted this company to fix my washing machine. I called the owner technician today. Told him what was going on. Ask him what the options were. I asked him if he could refund my money. He grew very upset at me, said that I was adamantly and persistently asked him to perform this power club power machine and he said he did his job, but why would you hand me a machine if he didn’t test it enough and it still had the same result I cannot use this machine if it has some matter or debris on here or pretty much he didn’t fix my item so I now out $200 and I have a washing machine I can’t use. I have photos and I have a video to prove it that I still have the persistent problem. He said to me initially he blamed it on the hose and then he said it was some piece of aluminum metal that was eroding away either which version he didn’t fix it. Why would you have me pick up my machine that if it still had this condition why would you say it’s good to go for me to have it back? I think that’s all excuses either which way do not use this business I would like to think that he did his job but either which way I had the same issue and again I cannot use a washing machine that’s gonna get stuff on my clothes. I went to this place to get my washer cleaned and repaired so either way I have a machine they did not fix and profited off of me! to the owner if you’re reading this, if you don’t like dealing with customers, maybe you should not be in business to the customers please beware do not go to this place. He has beat up rough, repairable, washing machine and dryers purchase at your own risk and do not let them repair it because obviously look at me. I would not be wasting my time or their time, but they stole my money and did not repair my machine. .

I have not purchased an appliance yet, however I spent a day riding around to various used appliance shops within a 10 mile radius. I will be making my purchase from this shop This Friday. Customer service was top tier in listening to my request, and stating my options. Presentation, offering clean merchandise in a clean store. The prices, I found appliances within my price range. I walked in and out of at least 10 stores. I had to go down my google list of stores until I recognize the building. I will give another review after my purchase but because of their customer service, presentation and affordability You have won me as a customer and I need a stove, refrigerator, washer and dryer. Great job guys trust me when I say the competition is trash. Update!!! purchased The refrigerator two weeks ago and purchased the stove last week. My review still stands. Logan and the other staff are helpful and serve the community well. If you are looking to buy I definitely recommend you shop with them. Thank you again AOK.
