Bill & Rod's Appliance

I purchased a new stove and washing machine from Bill & Rods Appliance. I was having a new driveway installed so they held the appliances until I was ready for them to be delivered. The two guys that delivered and set them up were exceptional! They arrived on time. Made sure each appliance was set up and functioning and most important, made sure they were level. They took my old appliances away and made sure all the packaging was taken away. I will use them in the future for all my appliance needs!!

From sales to delivery and setup. It was flawless. For the first time in 44 years of purchasing appliances, it was the first time I didn’t mind having delivery gentlemen in my home. Completely respected my requests and were professional about the entire install. I’ll continue to shop here and have already referred others. Great experience. Thank you.

From the first time I walked into the Livonia store, I always got help, everyone's attitudes were always positive and helpful and usually delivered beyond what I asked for. The delivery guys were unusually well-trained, helpful, polite, and hands-on every moment when in my home. Very impressed with them. When one of the three kitchen appliances I had installed did not meet my needs, they continued to help me figure it out and replaced it with one of my choice, which they alao helped me figure out. I cannot say enough about the customer service, the prices, the responsiveness at Bill and Rods, and I give them the highest rating I have ever given for a vendor. A wonderful experience from beginning to end. Thank you all!

We just ordered and received our new refrigerator from Bill & Rod's. Larry was great from the moment I walked in the door. I knew what I was looking for and he directed me there, plus he gave a bit of extra info but he understood exactly what I wanted and met me there. It was so easy, and no pressure. On top of that, we needed a new refrigerator and freezer because ours had gone out...and once our delivery date had been delayed, Larry called me to inform me and offered a loaner refrigerator. I have never! How amazing! It was so nice to have a loaner until ours arrived. The delivery team was mindful of our space and got the job done. Lastly, there was one fairly minor item on a part of the fridge as it came from the manufacture and the Bill & Rod's team handled it directly with the supplier for me and got me the replacement part promptly. I would highly recommend Bill & Rod's!!

We have lived in Michigan and Livonia for 12.5 years and never shopped at Bill & Rods before. We were in the market for Speed Queens and knew we could get them through Bill & Rods. Jason was very helpful through email and Karen at the Livonia store was very helpful as well and helped us place the order for new Speed Queens. They arrived in a week and they were able to deliver them the following day. Delivery crew did a great job getting the old set out and setting up our Speed Queens. Afterwards my wife and I questioned why we never shopped at Bill & Rods before! Going forward it’s the only place we’re going to use for all appliances.
