We needed a tech to come check out our washing machine, and I was absolutely spiralling with nerves about the cost of buying a new one. Our tech showed up with a quiet air of competence, diagnosed the problem within one sentence of my description of the issue, and had it fixed within five minutes of that. Brilliant man, excellent service. My relief, and my usable washing machine, were WELL WORTH the service fee. I can't recommend this place enough. Thank you so much!

In need of appliances at a fair price? Want quality products? Expecting great customer service from start to finish? Look no further. I have purchased three appliances from this family-owned business including a washer, refrigerator, and stove. The washer was purchased a few years ago, the stove and refrigerator just recently. I told them what I needed and what space I had to work with for each item and they did the rest of the questions that I hadn't even thought of that were very important. We went into their location when we purchased our washer. Told them that we didn't want anything that locked and they led us to the perfect product. They walked us through the entire process, including ordering, warranty choices, delivery options, and appliance removal. They even installed a range hood in a very difficult area over the stove. This is the kind of service that big box stores simply cannot provide. By the time I was done with everything, I almost felt like I was part of their family. That's impressive. The appliances work amazingly perfect just like they should. No scratches, no dings, no damage whatsoever on delivery. And the delivery people were just as amazing. They were prompt, courteous and professional. And they made sure they let you know when they are coming with even a courtesy call letting you know that they are on their way. So very thankful for the way they treat their customers and the products they offer. From start to finish, everything was absolutely perfect in every way. Highly recommend. You will not be sorry. We needed a new oven after ours quit after 25 yrs. We went to Busen's Appliance after some research on ovens. Alicia was very helpful in helping us select a new oven. We went with the Whirlpool one. The sale went flawless. The delivery men did a great job in bringing and setting up the new oven. They took care in handling the oven. The delivery person went over everything with us. I highly recommend this local Lincoln Park , Michigan business. We did check the big box stores and found they where right on the ballpark pricing. Thanks you Busen's Appliance and Alicia.
