I purchased a refrigerator from this store about 3 months ago. Before buying, I was repeatedly assured that everything was fully checked and in perfect working condition, and I was given a 1-year warranty. Their technician never properly checked the fridge. They only installed it and left, saying it would start working the next day. After installation, the ice maker was not working. Since then, I have been calling and messaging almost every day. Each time I am promised that someone will come, but no one has shown up so far. Very disappointing and unprofessional after-sale service.

This person took my money, failed to honor the warranty, and stopped responding after repeatedly promising to repair or replace my dryer. I waited more than 15 days with no resolution, no repair, and no refund. I would strongly advise others to be cautious before doing business with him. Thank you for your response, but your explanation leaves out the main issue. My review is not about the $75 installation fee. I contacted your store because the dryer was not working properly and I was repeatedly promised that someone would come to repair it or that the unit would be replaced under warranty. I waited for more than 15 days, called multiple times, and kept trying to resolve the issue professionally. Eventually, you stopped answering my calls and messages altogether. After waiting and receiving no support, no repair, and no replacement, I was forced to dispose of the dryer. I even have photos showing that the unit ended up in the trash after I lost hope of getting any help from your business. If the problem was simply the installation fee, why was I repeatedly told that someone would come out and take care of the issue? My review reflects my actual experience with your warranty service and customer support, not the installation charge.

My refrigerator broke down, and Mark from Cool Appliances showed up quickly and did a great job. He was kind, polite, fast, and efficient, and he clearly knows what he’s doing. He explained everything well and got my refrigerator working again in no time. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing appliances and appliance repair!

DO NOT SHOP WITH THESE Scammers… I bought refrigerator from them it didn’t work. They offered to supply another I returned it didn’t work and they never refunded money. I took the issue to court. THIS WAS OVER A 3 month period. Their unit sat in my home for weeks with multiple lies to resolve the situation. They’ve changed the name of this place several time and continue to advertise on FB Marketplace. Taking advantage of individuals looking to provide solutions sustainably. DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS BUSINESS.

Very convenient and satisfied with my purchase!! I recently purchased a refrigerator from Cool Appliances and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience! The store has too many items to pick from. Mark “the manager” is very nice person and ready to go above and beyond customers’ expectations. He will do whatever it takes to make you leave the store happy and fulfilled. The appliances come spontaneously with 30-days warranty, but customers can purchase extra warranty for extended period of time beyond 30 days. The delivery was on time and the delivery crew were very nice and polite. I highly recommend buying from Cool Appliances; safe and convenient location!
