We probably seemed crazy for driving from Cleveland to Detroit to buy a refrigerator but the deal was unbelievable. We'd been looking for a KitchenAid refrigerator but they are $3500 new! We found one locally at a scratch and dent outlet for $2400 and almost bought it until we found ECT on Facebook marketplace offering the same one for half of what we found locally. They were very responsive, patient and helpful with their communication. They even plugged it in overnight with water bottles on the refrigerator and freezer so my husband could verify the function when he got there. The interior lights were not all functioning correctly due to a burnt out freezer light, $20 on Amazon and a day later, they look and work perfectly! The 30 day warranty they offer gave us confidence in doing business with them. I wish they had the matching dishwasher but we'll keep searching. Thank you again and best wishes !

Bought a KitchenAid gas stove and dishwasher. Was not able to hook the appliances up within the 30 day warranty due to construction delays. When I did, the dishwasher pump and diverter assembly had to be replaced. The oven regulator, lower burner and igniter board. We’re all bad. Because I was outside of my 30 day Warranty I never asked for any of my money back, but I did ask them to give me the correct lower dishwasher rack, as the one that was inside the dishwasher was a Frigidaire rack. I offered to bring that rack back to them to just exchange it. No answer. I was assured that the front main burner had been ordered and I would receive it when it came in. I never heard from them again. I paid an extra $600 in repairs to the appliances they sold me and they couldn’t even have the common decency to switch a dish rack out. Buyer beware! I would never recommend going to get appliances from these people. I don’t even think they look to service them before they sell them.

I purchased a refrigerator from them I was told that it had been tested and worked great got it home waited two days before plugging it in and to this day it still not working properly it still not making ice freezer not freezing properly should have followed my first mind and walked away now I’m going to have to go back and forth with these people about getting another refrigerator because they don’t do refunds
