Andrew was both very personable and knowledgeable on our most recent new dryer purchase. He took the time explaining the differences between models. The delivery person Dan was also most efficient and his expertise in installation and neatness was appreciated. This has been our go to place for our appliances over the last 25 years. I highly recommend Essex Appliance for all of your appliance needs.

Update: Dryer was to be delivered tomorrow, Derek called to say that it's arrived to them smashed. They're now ordering another one. Not their fault but also no effort to expedite it. It was eventually delivered and installed and we can finally dry our clothes. Yay. We visited today to purchase a dryer. Derek was fantastic and very helpful with his information and suggestions. Thank you Derek and Essex Appliance Centre. I recommend this establishment.

Andrew provided not only amazing service but lots of knowledge in regards to our questions. We really wanted Huebsch and he pointed us in the right direction. Delivery and installation was perfect. Sadly didn’t catch the guys names but they were fast, efficient, and explained some things about the new washer dryer. I couldn’t be more pleased with Essex Appliances Well Done!
