Dont know what's up with some people's reviews but this guy is the best helped me tremendously a few years back and I'm moving into my first house to own and its been a long road and I'm going back only to this guy and his shop in Lincoln park super kind respectful up front and affordable and helps above and beyond even same day delivery and consistently communicate 💙 thank you guys I'll be talking to ya in a few days and be there 😊

Hopefully I spelled his name right, but Germane was excellent. Drove about 40 minutes and was worth it. He helped us out tremendously, pleasant as well as affordable and was willing to work with us purchasing a washer and dryer, not just a good deal but all the connecting hoses and parts as well as deliver and connect it all for a very reasonable price out the door. Thank you! I highly recommend going even if its an hour drive. Will not regret it!

Poor customer service. No update for my delivery time the day of, had to reach out to them the day of multiple times. They did not answer but eventually texted back. When they finally delivered, I had to help the man guide my washing machine down my stairs. Reached out to the owner and the only accommodation he could offer was a discount on next purchase. I did get a bunch of excuses though! 😠 Update: Recently left a bad review but since then we were able to come to an agreement and they came and replaced my washing machine and was very understanding and empathetic so I highly recommend just off the fact that they were willing to make things right

The owners are so personable and professional! They communicate, follow up, and and stand behind the quality of their products as well as the delivery service. Jermaine personally came to see about an issue I was having to ensure the 5 Star service they offer. I greatly appreciate the time and attention you all put into making sure I was a satisfied customer! My transaction was seamless and my appliances look great! THANK YOU 🥰
