Went in this pass Thursday, March 19, 2026 and purchased a Roper washer for 299.00,total bill 355.00 of my saved Disability money and it was delivered this pass Sat, and it won't work !!!!!!!!!, I was told by the seller in the store that this was a good , working machine and I wasn't gonna have any problems, but the water come on for a second and starts making a weird sound and I opened the door and closed it, and the water ran again for a minute and it had a awful smell of old water and the drum is moving very loose from touching, and I video taped this to show it's not working and I'm real PISSED 😡, so I guess i have yo wait to get someone to come and try and fixed it and determine if I'm lost out on my money huh ? I didn't go in to buy a non working machine, it should have been checked before put on the sales floor, and not delivered to my home not working, this is starting out as a nightmare and there will have to be a solution Global !!!!!!!!, I've purchased at least 5 Items before, no problems, but this is not right, Please replace
