I bought a used oven and it ended up not working . The burners worked but the stove did not, and it had only been used maybe 5 times . I called them they told me they will replace it I just have to go pick out a new one . I went to the store and the manager Alvin told us we are way passed the warranty but he will see. They replaced it same day . They did not have to do that because we were over the warranty. They could have said no sorry. But they didn’t . This place is very professional and takes good care of their customer. I appreciate the great service and understanding. They were very kind . I recommend this place to anyone. They are honest and very respectful.

Over time I have purchased 3 fridges and 2 stoves from here all are working great still. They give you warranty on what you buy and they deliver for free with a reasonable distance They are nice and polite and helpful Good selection of used appliances to choose from. Always new appliances every other week or so. Worth the trip to go check them out Prices are fare

Great service and excellent customer support from this company. They delivered my washer and dryer on time just as planned, I had a little issue after I used them but it was quickly solved by Elias who promptly came to our house and was so kind and knowledgeable. We bought other appliances from them in the past and we will be returning to their store in the future. I would definitely recommend them.
