Don’t do business with them. They literally sell you garbage that works for a couple of weeks. Then you have to throw it in the garbage. Please save your money and don’t go to them

I had a great experience at M&R Home Appliances! The staff was very helpful and made sure I found exactly what I needed. They have a good selection of washers, dryers, and other appliances at fair prices. The store was clean and organized, and the service was quick. They also offer repair and delivery options, which made everything super convenient. Definitely recommend checking them out if you’re in the Detroit area and need appliances!

I had bought a dryer from this place and it malfunctioned within the same week I got it. It only comes with thirty day warranty. Someone had came out to fix the problem, and it broke down again within that same week. No one came back out to fix the problem during the thirty day warranty.

I purchased a washer/dryer laundry center from these guys about 2 months ago. They sell everything with no refunds and provide a 30 day warranty on all products. I paid $450 for this product, and about 5 weeks later it malfunctioned. I called to see if there was anything they could do for me and they said they would send out a technician. They did not do so, after 3 more attempts to contact them, they finally said your machine is out of warranty if you want the technician to come out you will have to pay the $50 inspection fee. At this point I was completely fed up with their service and the integrity of the business I called a different company to inspect it, they showed the control panel was faulty and asked for $300 to repair it. These individuals do not run a proper business, I lost $450 by purchasing from them and I am simply typing this as a warning to anyone who choses to shop with them. I will also attach a copy of my receipt i am not just one of their competitors writing a bad review.
