DONT' USE THIS COMPANY!!! I would rate them a zero if it was possible! My warranty company sent them out to replace my Chamberlain garage motor. The installer didn't place there sensors on each side of my garage door. They tape them together and left them on top of the motor. This is a very dangerous place to put them. The garage door now has no safety stop if your child or car in in the path while it is closing. They refuse to come back out and put the sensors in the correct locations. They better be glad that nothing happen to my child or car. We would be in court now. SHAME ON YOUR COMPANY!!!

I hope this review goes to the end of earth. Unfortunately yesterday my husband went to this location to purchase a washer. We scheduled for delivery for today. We reached out to this business to advise the time frame does not work and rescheduled a time in the afternoon. Everything was set for them to arrive after 4PM EDT. Apparently this information was not conveyed to the drivers. Today we get notified the drivers are on the way to our home at the time frame that does not work for us. The fact that they were still coming is not our biggest concern. Our biggest issue is the professionalism the owner of this company does not have. Extremely disappointing, extremely rude, and extremely disrespectful. My family, friends, colleagues, acquaintances, and CLIENTS/ CUSTOMERS will NEVER spend a dime at this location after this horrible experience. Yes, we are receiving a refund but it’s not about the money at this point. I would give -8 stars if I could. The owner is as cold as the weather outside right now. Be blessed and have the day you deserve.

So my mother washer broke down. My mom saw this place on Facebook. So we drive there. And this nice friendly men, was super hopeful. And we asked questions. And he answered ower questions. And my mother was super happy see her dream washer. And loved the price, it was $700 but that includes fee $50 delivery and taxes around $795. But it's a great deal the washer was brand new. And I know for fact new washers are super expensive!! But they give us 1 year warranty 1 year warranty on the washer parts. 😁my mom was super happy 🤔I just wish they called my cell phone. I didn't receive any phone calls. We where waiting on a phone call just to be ready. But the guy's came and they where nice and professional. But we did have to pay the delivery guy $20 bucks to take the old washer and my mom paid them tips 😅my mom likes to tip hard workers guy's. But we are happy.😁🙏thank you🙏.
