Had the worst experience of my life with the white middle aged lady at cash counter. She expressed racist gestures from the very beginning. She didn't want to serve me and asked me to go to a different counter. Never had such experience at this location before but would never go back to this Rona.

Zero stars isn't an option. Went in for one thing. Aisle. 63. There isn't an aisle 63. Need 5 staff to get my product. Oh it's up top. 9 in stock but you need a ladder for it. Even tho it's on sale they have none readily available. Just such a slow experience when I want to get back to work. This review was written while waiting.

We have been dealing mainly with Genevieve and she has been nothing short of amazing for the past few weeks of our kitchen remodel. We recommend Genevieve 100% and I'm sure her colleagues are great too. RONA+ is pet friendly and so we brought our little pup for a store visit. It appears most of the staff have dog treats on their person and he had an amazing time meeting all of you! Thank you for accepting pets and welcoming us with open arms.
