Recently purchased a refrigerator from this store and the refrigerator had a leak that was supposed to be fixed while under warranty, they sent their repair man to my home to fix the refrigerator and their repair man pretty much did a patch job, didn't fix my refrigerator correctly. I called Sam's on 6/6/26 and they told me that I have to pay $75 for them to come to my house to diagnose what they already know what is wrong just to fix my refrigerator because the warranty expired smh. Never again will I do business with this company 👌🏾👌🏾

I purchased a new LG refrigerator and used Samsung stove from this store and I am extremely pleased. The gas line on my stove was not plugged all the way in, So I began smelling gas in my home. I went up to this store and Hassan had a tech by the name of Patrick…. come by my home ( the same day) and he fixed the problem. I appreciate the good and prompt customer service. The stove and refrigerator works excellent.

Dont buy appliances from this store. They aren't reliable and will break on you. Haven't had appliance less than 5 months and its not working, cant repair cause of the expensive fee and all they said is they will give me a "deal" on another which isnt a deal at all they increase the original price and make a decution which makes you think its a discount.Employees are fast talkers and trying to make sales instead of selling decent appliances. Dont recommend. If I could give zero stars I would!
