Very bad experience. We went to the store in Lansing and selected the items stove and fridge to be delivered to our place on next few days. On the day of the delivery the guy delivered the very different looking stove (very old model). When my husband texted him he was very rude at first and later never got any responses back from him. And also when we chose the stove and fridge, my husband 100% mentioned him that we live in 2nd floor and he said thats not a problem but when he came to deliver he just denied everything saying that we never mentioned it. Never gonna do any business with them in future and I do not recommend them to anyone. They are not trustworthy.

Terrible customer service. Very unprofessional. I bought 2 washers and 2 dryers and paid to have them hooked up. My builder was on-site when they arrived, so they used that as an excuse not to hook anything up. One of the dryers sounded like something was stuck inside it so I go them to take it and fix it. When they came back, they refused to hook it up again saying since it was a new build they didn't want to damage anything. They left the dryer in my garage. So I had to hire someone for the second time to hook the dryer up. I called them to pick up the loaner dryer and for 3 weeks they played games with me saying they'd be there to pick up the dryer. I wasted countless hours waiting for them to pick it up and realigning my schedule... To include a Saturday. When I called them out on it and said I was going to start charging them storage fees since I couldn't store my car in my garage, they got disrespectful. I was told. "It's just a dryer, it shouldn't be a hassle." That's not the point... Say what you mean and mean what you say! What was suppose to be a good deal turned into a big headache and a big pain. Don't buy their act... They don't take care of their customers, I would not recommend them to my enemies let alone a friend!

I purchased a refrigerator about a week ago here. I got it home and it leaked all over my kitchen floor so I ended up just going to menards that day and bought a new one knowing I could return the defective fridge within 30 days. Then I started reading this company's reviews and decided my freedom really ain't worth the $250. I still might return it after hours right through their front window tho. Good lord how is this company still a company.

The washer makes awful noises and the dryer didn’t have any heat from the moment I got them home. He came out to “repair” them under the allotted warranty time. He told me there was nothing to do about the washer and said “that’s the risk you get when buying used appliances.” I said but you’re selling them as working with no disclaimer that the washer makes awful noises and the dryer has not heat. He said they test that they turn on and run. He fixed the dryer sensor and not even 3 weeks later (of course outside of the warranty time frame) the sensor went out again and it has no heat now. We paid roughly $300 PER appliance for them to be in bad condition from the beginning. Don’t waste your money.

BUYER BEWARE Dishonest, Poor Product, Lack of Service. This store sells faulty appliances and then refuses to offer refunds or give you a satisfactory replacement. I understand that they are trying to run a business, but the methods they use of not conducive with how a good business should be run. Firstly, the falsely advertise their products, and when they fail to work they deny any responsibility and refuse to correct the problem. I would have left a better review if I felt that A&S upheld their end of the deal, that is if they sold working appliances or if they would have refunded me my money for the appliances that did not work. Management could do a better job in how they handle customer issues with products, if they did, they could easily have better long term clients. They value a dollar spent today over $100s spend in the near future. I wish management the best in running this store, however there are major changes needed for me to either return or recommend that anyone else patronize this business.
