I bought a stove and refrigerator here a month ago. Stove worked great. Not so much for the fridge. Mike sent the guys back out with a Replacement (Durand) They came back out 4 times to make it right. Talk about customer service.

I returned here when the timer went out on my dryer, which I purchased here 10 or more years ago. The staff knows their stuff, was helpful and honest. They offer delivery and installation( if you need it, my 20 something boys were home for the holidays, so we made an experience out of it). They also negotiated down from their tagged price ( take cash, they'll do even better!!). I also bought the exact same refrigerator that my mom paid $2k for $500!! I will, at minimum, go here for all my appliances in the future.

The people were very friendly but the process aren't what they used to be. I bought a fridge many many years ago and got a great deal on it. However, now the price of a used stove is almost the price you can buy one new at Menard's. I've been on several times with the last year and haven't seen this being any different from when I bought my fridge. We will be needing a dryer soon also but unless the prices come down, I can't see us using their services again any time soon.
