Appliances 4 Less Flint

Bought a washer I had to take it back it didn't work right. Got another one and this one doesn't drain. So I got a washer full of water. Called and even texted. Nobody has gotten back with me. And to top it off when I returned the first on the guy didn't give me back my paperwork. I will call one more time. So just an update.. they did come out and fixed the problem... Sometimes we just need to be patient... It was dreadful weather. I'll give them a 4 on the stars...

I purchase a dryer and it was supposed to be delivery on Friday 27 of Feb. and no one called or delivery my dryer. I finally got in contact with someone and they said they will be out Saturday 28th of Feb. and no call or no delivery of my dryer. And when I called they told me sorry I’ll delivery on Monday. The customer service is horrible!!!

I just wouldn't shop there. No warranty. Can't repair, not willing to work with customers. Will lie to your face. It'll somehow be your fault. There's a reason they shut down 3 stores in Detroit. It's a franchise, there not even supposed to be selling used appliances. On top of that I over heard the cleaning lady saying they haven't pd her in weeks. Once she made it public she hasn't been pd. They let her go. Owner has a dog in there that wants to attack people. Don't waste your time or your money...

This business is a scam. I booked a service call to diagnose an issue with our dryer. The service tech came and spent a total of 15 minutes in my house. He didn’t touch the dryer or even open it. He didn’t use one tool. He simply told us we need to buy one of their used machines. We also asked about a replacement lid for our washer. He stated they don’t exist. I had already found replacement lids online. This was so subpar service yet they insist we pay the $85 service fee. They just want you to buy their crappy used appliances.
