ABC Warehouse

Bought a microwave from them. GE over stove mounted unit. The light for the range was so hot it melted the plastic inside the microwave on first use. Luckily we noticed it before it caught fire. Manager at ABC refused to let us return the unit and is forcing us to go thru GE care. Said we waited too ling to return it, we were within 30 days. I have spent tens of thousands of dollars at this store over the last 20-30 years and the manager did not care at all. Even after I explained he would be losing our business forever. I have supported this store for decades for the sole purpose of being able to rely on their customer service. I will never buy from them again. According to him we had one day to return the unit to them, even though this microwave required over stove installation. I don’t see this store surviving much longer if this is how they operate now.

Todd and his team were exceptional in their knowledge of the products they were selling. Todd was polite, professional and patient. He took the time to explain warranties, go out of his way to answer many extra questions about drop off, haul away and install. You don’t feel like you’re going to just any appliance store to go spend hundreds or thousands on appliances with people flocking and trying to get you to buy stuff. It feels very much like a small town store where you can actually get to know someone making it feel more personable and you leave in confidence not wondering if you got a good deal, you KNOW YOU DID! Leaving ABC Warehouse in Lansing you can leave knowing you got the best price, the best appliances and the best customer service. My family has been buying from ABC since my father was a child, and we will continue to go back every time due to their dedication, clean facilities and welcoming atmosphere! Thank you Todd again!
