Kurtis Kitchen & Bath

Our first contractor (Chris) who they sent was great, informative, and always showed us his work before cleaning up and leaving for the day. He would explain what was next and asked us questions instead of assuming how/where we wanted things. For some reason Chris was never sent back out to finish the job and the rest of the crew did the absolute minimum. I asked one of the guys to caulk around the tub after the molding was placed because kids will be splashing in the tub and he said "oh ok I can do that, I won't charge you for it" ....we had dry wall re done three times and it is still uneven and bubbly. The flooring is supposed to be easy lock in pieces and there is one area of our floor that I can place a card in and it will stand up...the project manager (Jeff) tried telling us it was just where the boards meet. He was also pretty slow at communication. My advice is look for another company or just hire your own people for each designated job. The window trim is uneven, the door trim was not fully secured and we can no longer close our bathroom door properly because of whatever shift that happened during the remodeling process.

We had a great experience working with Kurtis in our kitchen renovation. While the design process started off a bit rocky - our designer’s initial plans weren’t as original or attentive to our preferences as we had hoped for - she was ultimately flexible and made the changes as requested (You want to have an exact idea of how your kitchen should look and function). What really made the difference was Jeff, our project manager. He was outstanding - responsive and proactive in resolving any issues that came up. Thanks to his dedication and follow-through, the renovation went smoothly, and we now have our dream kitchen. We’re happy with the final result!

Kurtis did a magnificent job on our kitchen remodel. Samantha, the designerwas a pleasure to work with. Scott did a phenomenal job installing cabinets, painting, etc. Truly a hard worker! John, our project manager kept me in the loop when trades people were coming, etc. Also, got our job done 2 days early. Yeah! That is why we had them back ( Kurtis remodeled our primary bathroom in 2023) to remodel our 25 year old kitchen, they do quality work! We are very satisfied. 😊
