We are all for making honest money, but come on, man coming out wiping off a coil on the ice machine 360.00 . $200 for a service call, right down the street from us in Livonia for a service call .This is not the way to conduct honest business . Since the owner reached out , we appreciate that still disagree with the total amount for such a Fix but I will change the rating to be fair . Thank you

I would not recommend this company is they are the last ones doing any kind of kitchen equipment repair. They will come out do a diagnostic test on your equipment say its one thing and after you approve them to fix it, your equipment breaks downs and you call them again and they come out and tell you it's something else. To make matters worse they have your cc on file and bill you for the trip charge and or labor charge to do another diagnostic test. Crazy how they think its okay to charge your cc without authorization from you. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CC ON FILE WITH THEM.

Patrick and Jonathan came out last week to repair my oven and dishwasher and I could not have asked for a better experience. They were both knowledgable and friendly, explaining as they went along and making sure I was comfortable with their work. They were respectful of our small space as my team was closing up and cleaning around them. I regret that I did not know about this fantastic company sooner but will certainly use for any further needs, and recommend them highly! Thank you for turning around a bad situation and somehow making this a pleasant experience.
