Was interested in purchasing a t v ,they offered financing, and it was a good deal so I said sure.I inform them that I would have to do some measurements before I finalized the purchase. To ensure the TV would fit where I wanted it. Come to find out the 98 inch was to big but the 85 inch was perfect. However, they didn't have the one that I wanted in stock. Scott, the salesperson tried to upsell me to a three thousand dollar television set that I wasn't interested in. When I said, I wanted the 85 inch that was around 1600 dollar he said that they where all out and he would try looking but he said it was pointless. At this point I was so put off by the pressure sale tactic being deployed I went over to best buy. Got my TV that I wanted with expert Install a k a hanging it on the wall For much lesser price. I informed Scott that I went with best buy.... He then proceeded to get short and nasty stating that I made a bad purchase and I was spending 600 dollars more ( not true I saved like 400) then proceeded to yell it again as I walked out. I ended up calling the stores assistant manager sierra to ensure that it' that he canceled everything. She was amazing and apologetic for scott's behavior she was the saving grace of me, potentially going back in the future. However Scott would not provide me with confirmation of cancelation nor was he willing to. So if you do shop at this location, make sure your sales person is not scott.

The warranty sucks !!! Can't get nobody to repair my bed. They finally came out but the warranty is no longer in affect. Bought the extended warranty. They said it's only good for t years. After that it's my responsibility. To take care of the parts n labor. Will never buy from abc warehouse again.
