Ordered small apartment size electric stove and got great service. George price matched it to the big box stores (they told me wait time much longer) I did not order cord as the one I had ,I thought, was still good. It was not good and they sent service tech the next morning to fix it! Great service, friendly and professional

Horrible service! Washing machine, which I bought from them, needed service twice within a 4 month period. Same technician visited 3 times and failed 2 of those times! I requested another tech and was told I would have to wait another 5 days after already being without a washer for a month. They said that was the best they could do. I said no thanks, called another service and the machine was fixed within 3 hours. They don’t care about their customers at all.

We have consistently been impressed with the quality of service and products that we have received from this business for decades. From the moment you walk in the front door, you can feel the kindness and care that everyone who is on the Maxs team exemplifies. The honest approach to sales has always been helpful and has built confidence in choosing important appliances and equipment for our home from this company. Our most recent purchase and delivery of a new refrigerator was another example of how great this team is. Our knowledgeable and friendly sales rep Cort took time to walk us through all the different options that might fit the needs we were looking for in purchasing a new refrigerator. We really felt like he listened to us and considered our needs to offer the best options to cover what we were looking for.The delivery guys were super thoughtful and helpful and did such a nice job with bringing our new appliance into our home. We love that this is a family owned, and operated business, you can sense a type of care that you would expect from a family member from everybody that works at Max‘s.They go above and beyond every time we have ever worked with them. We are Incredibly thankful for all the ways Max’s has helped our home and family, and we will continue to work with them for any future products we need for our home. I wish we could give them 10 stars!
