JC is the best guy at Cass Appliance! He helped so much and with great patience and kindness. Very good at returning calls and very mannerly. I had a terrible time with the old owner. I bought a new fridge and it didn’t work. I was without a fridge for 4 months because they kept sending refrigerators that didn’t work. My kids and I were living out of coolers until JC came to the rescue. He would pick them out and send pictures to make sure I liked them. I trusted him and he really came through. Now I have a wonderful fridge that looks great and my stress has been relieved. Thank you, JC!!! You are a wonderful person and I wish you many blessings.

My husband Jason Rueckert came in for a washer and dryer a few weeks ago and we are having problems with them working properly which by the comments seems to be a common occurrence with this business …they were delivered to 13803 Kaufman rd just seeing when you can come out and look at them please dont send the last guys , one seem to be injured he had a lot of trouble walking and moving around properly Thank you Xoxoxoxo Madison Rueckert

I would give zero stars if I could, Bought a fridge from them in February Had stuff in there, The fridge had a terrible smell, and the freezer stopped working on my food thawed out and was no good. When I called to get service, he told me he would be out Monday at the latest, A week later, I reached out to him again he said they were too busy doing deliveries, I said you could’ve sent me a text letting me know that So I guess the reason you have a one year warranty is because they’re not gonna fix it anyway stay away from the store. It’s better to just buy it new.
