Empire home goods

This is a gem of a place. I went here for an electric mower and grabbed an almost new one for a terrific price. Troy helped me in showing me how to use the lawnmower and was very friendly and gracious with his time. Then I walked around the store and was impressed to see mostly new appliances significantly discounted. Many of the washers and dryers still have the stickers and protective covering on them. Some refrigerators had dents/dings and some didn't. Overall, I was very happy with my purchase and when I am ready to remodel, I'll be coming back here for my appliances. Not impressed with the customer service. I stumbled across an ad on Facebook marketplace for a nice refrigerator, but when I opened the comments I was quite turned off at the hostility the seller demonstrated towards other customers. It was absolutely unprofessional and a complete turn off for me, which is a shame because my husband and I were looking for a similar model to the one posted. I should add that when I brought this up to the seller his immediate response was “good for you” and then proceeded to block me. It’s incredibly immature and unprofessional. I hope others don’t experience this lack of customer service.
